Return and Refund Policy


You have seven (7) calendar days to return a passport from the date the purchase is made.

The situations covered by our return policy include:

  • you are not able to consume the passport before the end of its validity due to technical issues of the OpenSpace app
  • you did not receive any booking confirmation from at least five (5) coworking spaces for the same date before the end of passport’s validity, reviewed case by case

To be eligible for return:

  • your purchased passport must be unused (no confirmed or cancelled booking made using the passport);
  • proof of purchase (ie: receipt, email confirmation, personal details) are provided; and
  • supporting screen captures are provided

No-return cases

There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you have purchased it;
  • you received it from a promotion;
  • the product did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought a product by mistake;
  • you ask for goodwill;
  • you did not consume the entire passport before the end of its validity;
  • you cannot book with a specific coworking space that is on the list; or
  • you cannot book with a specific coworking space that is not one of our partners

Refund process

Once your return application is confirmed, we will process a refund to you via credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
